You have rights in relation to personal data we hold about you. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
Your rights
- Access — obtain confirmation and a copy of your personal data (Art. 15)
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16)
- Erasure — request deletion in certain circumstances (Art. 17)
- Restriction — limit processing in certain cases (Art. 18)
- Portability — receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 20)
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. email alerts), without affecting prior lawful processing
How to submit a request
- Use our data subject request form, or email contact@tendersinfo.com with the subject “GDPR request”.
- Tell us which right you wish to exercise and enough information to identify your records (email used at signup helps).
- We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
We will respond without undue delay and within one month of receipt (extendable by two further months for complex requests, with notice).
Unsubscribe from emails
To stop marketing or tender alert emails, use the unsubscribe form or follow the link in any alert email.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In Germany, this is typically your state data protection authority (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz). A list of EU authorities is available from the European Data Protection Board.
