2. What personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Account / trial signup: name, email, telephone, organisation, address, city, postcode, country, website, products/services, geographical preferences, optional email-alert preference, IP address, browser/user agent context, and registration identifiers.
- Demo requests: name, email, telephone, organisation, website, country, preferred demo date/time, IP address, and referral URL.
- Privacy / unsubscribe requests: name, email, request type and message content.
- Technical data: session identifiers and security tokens needed to operate the site (see Cookie Policy).

4. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be processed by:
- Our internal operations and sales teams (email notifications to authorised staff)
- Hosting and database infrastructure used to store signup/demo records
- Email/SMTP infrastructure used to send confirmation and notification messages
- Search infrastructure in the EU (Amazon Elasticsearch Service, region eu-west-1 / Ireland) for public tender content indexing — not used as a CRM for your signup form fields
- Security / CDN providers (e.g. WAF) that may process IP addresses and request metadata for threat protection
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Primary processing for this European site is intended within the EEA. Where a processor is located outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or an adequacy decision where applicable.
6. Retention
- Free trial / signup leads: retained for up to 24 months from last meaningful contact, or until you request erasure sooner, unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting.
- Demo requests: retained for up to 24 months from the requested demo date.
- Marketing / alert preference records: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, then suppressed as needed to honour the opt-out.
- Privacy requests: retained for up to 36 months to demonstrate compliance.
- Session cookies: expire with the browser session or within approximately 2 hours.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Details and a request form are on our GDPR Rights page. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
Our services are directed at business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
